I’d like to start out by stating that Dale and I have been long-term colleagues for quite some time now, not out of duty, but out of choice. There was no question about who I was going to turn to when it became time to sell the house I had spent the last 4 years in. Living in an area such as Ramona is not, as I would put it, a “happening” place in San Diego which means it probably wouldn’t be an easy place to sell a house in.
